Organizing – 7/25/2020 last update

Restart Planning Sessions completed. New organizational structure, archive, document process completed.
Currently revamping website.
Update 5/29/2021 – Added Forms WordPress Plugin and used to revamp Registration and User Profile, mainly for security reasons.

Online Offering – 7/25/2020 last update

Added 4 Fridays of Happy Hour Socials, Crowley Study Nights, and a Business Meeting starting August 21 through September 11. Will be deciding the next string of events at the Sept 11 Business Meeting.
Open Facilitator/Rolling Topic format for study sessions.
Will probably have some one-off lecture style events, and Author focused events well, although, they haven’t yet been scheduled.
Update 5/29/2021: Held two Ask-the-Author sessions in 2020. Fleshed out online roles with success.

Temple Furnishings – 7/4/2020 last update – This project was interrupted by Hiatus in the first half of 2020, but is back on!

Completed: Platform, Dias, Double Cube, Font, Altar Enclosure, Tomb, Pillars.
In Progress: Steps.
Scheduled: High Altar, Super Altar. The group has accepted a bid from a local woodworker to assist. Targeted Completion September 2020.
Update 5/29/2021: Will be shifting to a portable setup. Reached out to see if can obtain some information on how to create a portable setup. Waiting to hear back.

Decided in June 2020 planning sessions
Treasury function: monies, inventory, and facility
Archivist in charge of archive, calendar, and meeting minutes
Organizer in charge of keys, policy, and operations
Secretarial function: alignment, conducting business meetings, and list management.
Update 5/29/2021: Slimmed down online roles and added them to public website.
